There are many dimensions in where we perform our movement. In order to make it simple for myself to understand it, every horizontal turning movement to generate power should be powered up or supported by a vertical fix point, hinge or axe which is fix and doesn’t move at all. The strength of this hinge should be proportional to the rotational torque needed to overcome the resisting force. Every movement should have a optimum centre of gravity and to perform the next movement we should not loose it but moving it to the next optimum centre. Every movement shoulders be a Ji followed by a pull from that point.
