Gear exercise: front arm with elbow touching the ribs, don’t move it, connect elbow with the front kua, stretch the kua, that will push the elbow into the alignment. It is like a door hinge that open up. Always keep the same ratio. 3 points theory: Taiji generate yin and Yang, 2 combined into 1 to support the other 1. In the combined 2, 1 point should be fix.
